Rapid growth (x3/year) and a clear ambition: to become the digital one-stop shop for small and medium-sized associations.
Description
The company is expanding its scope and wants to become a one-stop shop to support small and medium-sized structures in all their activities: creation, collection of donations, donor communication, reporting, reporting, banking tools, etc.
As Principal Product Manager, attached to the Head of Product, you will manage product diversification by taking charge of a strategic project: the development of a Customized CRM for small and medium-sized impact structures.
Mission
Design the best possible CRM for small and medium-sized structures.
In particular, you will be required to:
- Dive into uses, data and competition to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Define an ambitious product vision and an iterative roadmap to increase adoption.
- Validate your hypotheses through feedback loops and continuous testing.
- Producing clear “one pagers”: opportunity, simple & elegant solution, team alignment.
- Follow product success KPIs, define sub-metrics and conduct A/B tests when relevant.

Profil recherché
Must-haves
- 8+ years of experience as a PM, Head of Product or startup founder.
- 4+ years in a scale-up with mature product practices (discovery, PMF, OKRs...).
- Extensive experience of user interviews to capture profound needs.
- Conducted or validated a PMF on a new product.
- Experience with products with high UX requirements (B2C or SMB).
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in a full product-led model.
- Knowledge of the associative sector.
- Experience in the North American market (USA, Canada).
