Sport dans la Ville is a recognized association of general interest that has been working for nearly 30 years for the social and professional integration of young people from priority neighborhoods, using sport as a lever for emancipation.

Present in more than 80 fields across forty cities in France, the association now supports more than 15,000 young people through sports, educational and employment programs.

In a context of growth and transformation of its model (diversification of resources, development of commercial activities, structuring of private partnerships), Sport dans la Ville is creating the position of Director of Development and Resources.

This role is strategic: it aims to secure and accelerate the association's resources, while actively contributing to its change of scale and impact.

Reporting to the General Management, the Director of Development and Resources will have a double responsibility: to manage the development of private resources and to structure market activities.

1. Development of private resources (sponsorship & major partners)

• Define and manage the partnership development strategy (companies, foundations, major donors)
• Develop and maintain high-level relationships with managers (major groups, ETI, impact ecosystem)
• Structuring attractive and differentiating sponsorship offers

2. Acceleration of commercial activities

• Develop and structure existing offers (events, infrastructure rentals, business programs, etc.)
• Identify new revenue sources aligned with the mission
• Implement a more structured marketing & commercial approach (packaging, pricing, go-to-market)

3. Management & structuring

• Manage a team of around 10 people (sponsorship, events, commercial activities, major donors)
• Structuring processes, tools and performance management
• Create synergies between different revenue sources

4. Strategic contribution

• Participate in the strategic thinking of the association (change of scale, new programs, international development)
• To be a true partner of General Management in key decisions

• Experience of approximately 10 years in development, business, partnerships or high-exposure commercial functions
• Profile hybrid : both strategic, operational and very development-oriented
• Strong relational capacity, with credibility with high-level interlocutors (managers, major accounts)
• Experience in team management and structuring of growing activities
• Entrepreneurial DNA: ability to build, test, structure and scale offers
• Excellent skills in structuring offers and in commercial approach
• Strong sensitivity to topics of social impact (and ideally an appetite for sport)
