A climate startup that uses tech and data to manage the electricity consumption of buildings in real time — by promoting their energy flexibility and by contributing to the balance of the network. A €5 million fundraiser has just been finalized to change scale.
Description
From backend architecture and DevOps to front-end and AI, the technical challenges are multiple and stimulating. The energy demand flexibility sector is booming — and everything is yet to be built.
Mission
- Contribute directly to the code (writing key features, PR review, debug).
- Manage projects from end to end: partner integrations, customer requests, product coordination.
- Participate in the design of the global architecture (majority Python backend) and in the implementation of DevOps best practices.
- Disseminate the standards of technical excellence.
Profil recherché
Essential skills:
- Capacity to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in technical mentoring and facilitation of team discussions.
- Solids analytical skills to simplify complex issues.
- Mastery of Debug, of theoptimizing performance And integrations via API (client & server).
- Excellent written and oral communication.
Skills appreciated:
- Practical experience with:
- at least one cloud platform, the Containers And theorchestration ;
- Of CI/CD pipelines and associated tools;
- Of distributed architectures, systems IoT, or microservices ;
- Of real time systems on a large scale.
- Knowledge in:
- data processing (e.g. Pandas) or machine learning libraries (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch);
- development of web interfaces, ideally with React.
Experience required
- Minimum 7 years experience in a dynamic environment, with exposure to complex systems and the implementation of good engineering practices.
