A fintech specialized in financing the energy transition, which advances public aid and simplifies applications for construction companies — and allows individuals and professionals to act for sustainable renovation without waiting.

Description

The housing sector plays a central role in the energy transition: it accounts for almost a third of energy consumption and represents a significant part of CO₂ emissions.
To achieve European climate goals, it is essential to accelerate the renovation of the building stock and to promote the production of carbon-free energy.

With a Fundraising of €12m in 2 years, our client's mission is to Make the financing of this transition simpler, more fluid and more scalable, by building a European technological platform dedicated to the acceleration of green investments. The market to be addressed is huge and their commercial traction is already there.

In this context, we are looking for a Account Executive B2B Motivated, able to combine commercial rigor and strategic curiosity, to support our expansion in mid-market and SME markets.

You will be at the heart of the commercial dynamic: Identify, Convince and Retain New partners in the energy renovation ecosystem.You will be working on The Entire Sales Cycle, from prospecting to signing, including the qualification and construction of the value proposition.

Mission

Business development & lead generation

  • Identify and approach new market players (installers, networks, B2B partners).
  • Qualify incoming leads and develop a constant flow of opportunities through targeted prospecting actions.
  • Maintain a balanced and prioritized pipeline, guaranteeing a regular volume of business at each stage of the funnel.

Sales & closing cycle management

  • Conduct in-depth exchanges to understand the operational and financial needs of prospects.
  • Adapt your speech according to the interlocutors and develop numerical business cases to demonstrate the value of solutions.
  • Manage negotiations and conclude agreements with high added value.

Process & reporting

  • Manage your opportunities in CRM with constant attention to the reliability and updating of data.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts in coordination with sales management.
  • Participate in the formalization and improvement of Sales playbook (speeches, objections, methods).

Collaboration & internal influence

  • Cooperate closely with the Product, Marketing and Operations teams to streamline the customer journey and improve processes.
  • Participate in the onboarding and coaching of future members of the Sales team.
  • Represent the company at events, conferences and customer meetings.

Strategic contribution

  • Bring up field feedback to guide the product roadmap and market priorities.
  • Take part in the design of new strategies Go-To-Market and the launch of new offers.

Profil recherché

  • Min 3 years of experience for B2B sales (SaaS, energy, construction, or finance).
  • Solid mastery of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Ability to understand the economic challenges of customers and desire to develop skills on technical aspects.
  • Consistently, autonomous, results-oriented profile, comfortable in an agile and rapidly evolving environment.
  • Comfort with CRM and collaborative tools (Hubspot, Notion, Slack, etc.)
