How we select our members
All our collective members are experienced independent recruiters with a minimum of 5 years experience in the industry.
1. Profile check
We screen recruiters based on professional background, level of experience and projct track record. Minimum of 5 years in the recruitment industry.
2. Personal interview
We take time to assess their level of competence and the quality of their expertise. During this interview, we also validate their softskills and check the cultural fit.
3. Additional check
We carry out a number of formal or informal reference checks with our network of recruiters or clients.
4. Ongoing project evaluation
We continuously assess our recruiters results during their mission for seeking excellence and improvement.
